Victoria's real fear on Young and Restless

Everything about this scene screams happy family.  Is that Victoria's real fear?  Does she think that she will lose Johnny to a family of Chelsea, Adam and Connor?  Or could it be that she thinks she could lose Johnny to Billy, Chelsea and Connor?  

Is her fear a real possibility?  It sure looks like Billy and Adam both have some additional interest in Chelsea this week as she makes her way to a full recovery or is she? 

There seems to be so many more unanswered questions to this plot than we know right now. What do you, the viewer want to see happen?  Comment below.
