Before Lee hunkered down and became a songwriter host in Nashville, he was a bass player. He played bass for George Jones and other very famous country stars of that era.

Lee is also a songwriter.  He has had some of his songs recorded by major country artists.  Lee released his own CD a few years back entitled "FOR SINNERS ONLY."  You can stream that CD on SPOTIFY and other online music retail websites.

There isn't a songwriter that Lee has hosted that hasn't made a profound impact on their lives. Lee is a straight shooter who will tell you when you are ready to be pitching songs in Nashville or when you should go home and work on honing your songwriting some more.
