  Little River Band’s ‘Fan Favorites’ demonstrates how much the band  
 Loves and respects the opinions of their fan base.     
 
Little River Band releases ‘Fan Favorites,’ just in time for Mother’s Day.  This physical hard copy CD has songs on it that were handpicked by the fans at the bands online fan club. Their PR Director Donna Nolan Wilson created daily polls during the course of 2 months that included songs that were on 3 LRB albums that were released after the year 2000.  The world knows all of Little River Band’s hits from last century but the fans know the great music that has been released in the last 21 years.   The owl on the front cover of the CD is for the fan club as they are affectionately known as 'THE NIGHT OWLS."  That is the hit song Wayne Nelson sang lead in his early days in the band. 
 
Donna Nolan Wilson explains “Like all bands that had hits in the 1970’s and 1980’s, you get boxed into being tagged a classic rock band.  From that point forward you only get your hits played on Classic Rock stations.
