New Release: Freedom Road is not just another highway to Cory M. Coons. The song and music video is a panoramic view of the complexities of life as illustrated in his brand new single, "Freedom Road."  Coons is a Roots-Rock/Americana singer-songwriter.  With more than 170,000 plays on Spotify, Cory is ready to share his latest creation with the world. 

Cory has worked with famed legendary record producer Ron Nevison.  Some accolades from the last few years include the Producer's Choice Honors in LA, The Josie Music Awards, International Singer-Songwriter Association and the Radio Music Awards. 

Today, October 1, 2021, "Freedom Road," is available across all digital music outlets as well as on YouTube. The music video features moments in everyday life and society while showing the resilience and perseverance of the human spirit. Coons use of harmonies adds the right amount of feeling to the song. In addition, the lead guitar solo strikes an emotional chord in your soul. 

Coming next for Coons is a nomination at the 2021 "International Singer Songwriter Association" (ISSA) Awards in 2021 for "International Male Vocalist of the Year". Two CMC songs have also been selected to appear in the soundtrack of the new Dream Cinema Productions Sci-Fi film "Night Mistress" currently in post- production in Los Angeles.  "Freedom Road"  is a MTS Records release.
